Thank you for responding but if I was looking for a refund I would just go to where I purchased the Item. I've attached a photo highlighting the area where the missing part should be. This is a high end collectible! How this made it past quality control and onto shelves is baffling. I expected a complete figure when I made my purchase. What I really want is a replacement part or figure. Otherwise I'll be forced to scour the secondary market for it. I figured since you manufacure the item  you'd be able to help with a missing part.
