we bought a house from Mike M***
the house was listed with a fish pond and water pump as one of the selling pointswhen we got possession the pond was drained, the pump was gone
the house was not completely done but he had put plumbing all through the house up to the sinks and toilet and shower we went to hook up washer no water came out of the faucet, I asked him what could be the problem he said he would come check it out and fix ithe never fixed it so I called a plumber , the plumber said the drains and water lines were all messed up, the washer line was glued shut inside the line.decided to have the plumber fix the sewer lines and water lines , the plumber said the shower drains had no traps so sewer gases were going into the houseI asked Mike M*** about it he said he would work with us on the money .the bill was around $he did nothingalso weeks after we moved in a ceiling fan quit asked him about it nothingthe well pump was sucking air told him about it had to have a well business come fix that no help can not trust this man
