We sold and purchased our home with this broker, and they did not provide us any discountWe thought what we received would be a better package (i.ebetter broker support)However, it turns out that everything is the sameFor the property we bought, the seller is a construction company and has a close relationship with the brokerSince the seller is a construction company, we put in a 1-year warranty clause in the contractdays after we moved in, there is a flood in the basement, so we asked the seller to fix the issueIt took them more than months to fix the damagesFor the bigger part (the main drain pipe), they refused to replace itTherefore, we asked our agent to speak with them, because warranty suppose to be part of the post-closing support from the brokerThe agent promised us to speak to the seller like times, and he told us that he HAS TALKED to the seller and they said there is no issues with the pipeWhen I personally talked to the seller, they said the agent never talked to them regarding the pipe issueI think the honesty and integrity is important as a real estate agent, but I am extremely disappointed in this caseI mean at least they should tell me the truthI felt like that this company is treating their client as itAfter you paid your part, it becomes completely different storyFor these type of commission, you can simply find better agent in the neighborhood

Dishonest salesperson, complained to management and they did nothing to fix itThey simply took the word of their salesperson over meI realize their are many dishonest real estate agents out their but when management refuses to properly deal with a complaint the problem is with the company

However, it turns out that everything is the same. For the property we bought, the seller is a construction company and has a close relationship with the broker. Since the seller is a construction company, we put in a 1-year warranty clause in the contract. 2 days after we moved in, there is a flood in the basement, so we asked the seller to fix the issue. It took them more than 2 months to fix the damages. For the bigger part (the main drain pipe), they refused to replace it. Therefore, we asked our agent to speak with them, because warranty suppose to be part of the post-closing support from the broker. The agent promised us to speak to the seller like 3 times, and he told us that he HAS TALKED to the seller and they said there is no issues with the pipe. When I personally talked to the seller, they said the agent never talked to them regarding the pipe issue. I think the honesty and integrity is important as a real estate agent, but I am extremely disappointed in this case. I mean at least they should tell me the truth. I felt like that this company is treating their client as it. After you paid your part, it becomes completely different story. For these type of commission, you can simply find better agent in the neighborhood.
