Harvest Lawn Care

Review: My wife signed up for this service and we used them, paying regularly for months. In November 2014, I called the company to question what the service provided. I left a voice mail at all 3 phone numbers provided -- [redacted] (and the other two which this form thinks are Social Security numbers for some reason). I left the amount due, the Customer # and all relevant information. I received no reply or response of any kind. Meanwhile the service continued, running up hundreds of dollars a month in fees.

During 2015, I called repeatedly, leaving voicemails, asking for calls back and asking to cancel the service. I left Crs, invoice numbers on the voicemail at all 3 phone numbers. No response. Starting in May I left messages asking to cancel the service. There was no response. The service continued. I continued to pay. I called and left further messages asking to cancel the service. Still, it continued along with late payment fees. I finally got a collections call on October 2015. I told them that I'd ask to cancel the service. I was told that my account was going to be sent in for collections. I was told that the service had continued because I hadn't sent a written request to terminate.Desired Settlement: I think it's fair to refund all payments I've made sense my first request to cancel the service in May of 2015.

Harvest has no information regarding an attempt to cancel service up to and including a payment made on 8/10/15. Check number[redacted]in the amount of $374.50. No record of phone calls or correspondence from customer until recently put into collections. Harvest will credit the amount of the application performed after receipt of last payment plus interest for the amount of $158.67. Customer to pay balance in the amount of $233.09.
