This inquiry was resolved on March 8, The manager on duty contacted me immediately following the customers visit to our location via email for my evaluation I responded to the manager's email immediately that day to authorize the return for store credit The manager left a
message for the customer regarding this on his voice mail On or about March 18, the customer returned to the store and received the store credit The customer did purchase other comparable items from our pharmacy that met his needs Our return policy is posted at each POS check out and on our website and does indicate that bath safety items are not permitted to be returned/refunded due to hygienic reasons
