Immediately there was one capstone which was not secured and was a hazard if stepped on; Bushes were only cut down to the ground and not removed (covered with mulch) so there are sprouts coming up all the time which is a battle to keep from re-growing; Two of the front LED wall lights are faulty (within three to four months and should last up to 10 years) and the only way to replace them is to partially deconstruct the wall. A cheaper version of the light was used which means replacing the fixture rather than just the bulb (this type were used elsewhere on the property). An estimate to fix this by another lighting specialist is approximately what we paid the first time so will end up costing us double.The vendor of the lights who also came by to look stated these lights were not installed properly as there is no way to change them without taking part of the wall down. If these are not all (total of seven) changed now in the years to come if others burn out, the capstones would likely break, since they are glued, and may no longer be available which would mean a mismatched looking wall; the light timer is defective and only works part of the time; and there is a major crack in the walkway and two cracks on the wall in the back. I have been reaching out to the landscape company owner since the latter part of April identifying issues as they came up with virtually no reply. The vendor of the lights agreed to trade the two lights for 1/3 of the cost and the landscape company owner said he would come to swap them out but never did nor have we heard from him since August 19, 2019.
