[redacted] has been waiting too long for this mower to be repaired. We ordered the battery for this weeks ago and we still haven't seen it, we did call the manufacturer representative about the battery a week ago and he said he would send us a new battery, we just called again and he tracked... the battery and it should be here today. I will call [redacted] y about this mower today and update him with the status. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the manufacturer on this mower.
