floor of the car or a flat service. I talked to [redacted] today and [redacted] never said "it's more than likely to happen to the cake". She didn't like the cake at first, so we fixed it for her at no charge. She then brought it back a second time after the car ride home and we fixed it again at no charge. The third time she tried to bring the cake in but the bakery was closed because it past business hours. Even with us offering her a $10 store credit she chose not to accept it because it was not enough. That $10 store credit still stands.

You must not be aware of my case, as the cake was placed on the floorboard in the front side of the car the first time. The second time is when my husband drove me back. Like I said before I have never had this happen in my life. Your response CLEARLY shows what kind of "customer service" you give. I have never filed a complaint with Revdex.com or written a bad response on any business. This shows just how awful your service was to me. Instead of wasting my time arguing with you, I will put my effort letting other people know of your poor customer service. I will give mine and my family's money to another bakery from now on. By the way, the pink icing alone cost more than $10.00.
