When I first called Todd H[redacted] for an estimate, it didn't take long to get one. However, after we hired it took weeks before he would finally get back to us. They did a good job, and asked if I wanted more work done to let them know. I called and texted him back a couple of weeks later to add some other finishing touches to the work he did. I told him I knew this would be more money, as I was the one adding this. I wasn't complaining about his work. I began trying to get in touch since Oct. 13th, and he texted me and said he would give me a shout the next day. After still no contact, I sent him a text on Oct. 29th, and still no response. About a week later, my husband sent him an email and he responded by saying he would call the next day. After no response, my husband emailed him again a week later, and nothing.
