Mr. [redacted] has been doing our electrical this past year. He took three months off to do farm work and pursue other contracts leaving me and my family homeless. I had a pregnant wife and two young daughters. Since we've been dealing with Mr. [redacted] he has[redacted] blamed others for why he can't finish. His last excuse was that [redacted] had held him up but [redacted] has nothing to do with his work (we phoned [redacted] to verify.) [redacted] We've since had our baby and he hasn't finished his work. After some investigating we've learned he has about a days work and that's all. [redacted]Desired SettlementWe'd like him to explain his outrageous bill for incomplete work.[redacted]Business Response To whom it may concern:This house is owned by the [redacted] the house number is [redacted] this job was done under the [redacted]. When we first had a look at the scope of work for this house it was in rough shape with all windows broke out and had a backup of either water or sewer right to the main floor. So basement needed to be totally redone including a new electrical panel installed due to water damage in basement which is where [redacted] needed to disconnect power in order for me to change meter and panel. This house was abandoned and according to house co-ordinator hadn't been occupied for some time. As far as demands go to resolve this matterJob was completed on July 22 with power restored to house and all work completed. There was something to do with the phone line but homeowner was told by housing co-ordinator that that was needed to be completed by [redacted].Secondly bill goes to and is paid for by [redacted]. Which I have not even issued yet so not sure where this outrageous bill thing comes from. Thirdly I do apologize that this job did drag out as long as it did I do not wish anyone to be out of a home especially children [redacted]
