Review: Terrible work done, promised a 3 year guarantee. Our driveway looks much worse than before he treated it. We've tried to get him to come back out for 2 months, and now he hangs up the phone on us when we call.Desired Settlement: Either fix the driveway or refund our money because we have to get it fixed regardless

Review: on 3/18/2011 I, [redacted], signed a contract with Harry Gorman Asphalt Paving to pave my driveway located at [redacted]. The agremment was for 2.5" of asphalt prior to a 2 ton roller compacting the asphalt. In this agremment, there is a 5 year warranty on the workmanship. I noticed over the course of this winter that there is a section of the driveway about 50' long that is only about 1/2" thick and is begingintho break up. I have called Mr. Gorman and left over 15 voice mails starting back on March 28, 2013.

I have 2 phone numbers for Mr. Gorman: [redacted] and [redacted]. I have left voice mails each time I called on both lines.

On April 6th at 4:30 PM I was able to reach [redacted] Gorman (Harrys brother, according to him). I told [redacted] who I was and the date they paved the driveway and I asked that he please stop by within the next month and repair the driveway so that I could reseal the entire driveway prior to May 1st. [redacted] stated that it would be 5-10 days. I made sure he had all my contact info and he said he did and would get back to me. I have called each week and left voicemails on each phone number with no response for the last 3 weeks.Desired Settlement: I want Harry Gorman to honor the 5 year warranty we have in place and come cut out the bad section of driveway and re-aspahlt the area ensuring it has 2.5" of asphalt prior to compaction.
