Review: I was shopping for a vehicle on Saturday, March 1. Salesman, [redacted] approached me and explained the had an incentive on new 2013 vehicles, 3,800 $ off sticker price. Contacted salesman Monday, March 3 to confirm they would honor 3,800$ off sticker price, [redacted] again confirmed price of vehicle would be 16, 000$. We drove out to the dealership to purchase the vehicle, when I saw the price the sales manager, [redacted] was working with I asked about the 3800 incentive that was promised. He replied that the salesman had made an error, but reassured us he would come close to the price we were quoted. After telling us they would come half way to the agreed upon amount he came back with a price of 18,550 far from the offer of 16,000. [redacted] also went on at great length as to how [redacted] would be in a lot of trouble when the "boss came back".Desired Settlement: That this business would no longer tolerate unethical behavior from its employees.
