I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1) why haven't they mentioned the appeal to insurance before now? Did they wait until I filled a complaint? 2) the dentist or staff didn't even mention possible complications that could lead to higher costsI should have been given all of the information so I could make an informed decision.3) it sounds like they were charging twice for the extra workOnce when I paid the extra 100, and what they submitted to insurance. What I'm suggesting they practice is not an outrageous claimCompanies do it all the timeThey give a person a low ball price to get them in the door so they can rack up extra costs laterI wanted to pull the tooth because I couldn't afford a big expense for repairThey quoted me the low price just to get me in the chair, plain and simple
