Harris Seeds

I ordered seeds from Harris seeds 13 days ago and their status states unfulfilled. I filled out their form 4 times to contact them without a reply. Now requesting a full refund and they still don't get back to me so I called them and was unable to talk with a real person. Stay away from buying you're not important unless you're a big dollar customer. Now I'm behind on my planting

Will not replace a seed item 2 months after order, I have to pay again and
wait till next year for the credit

In regards to this complaint, our customer placed their order on 5/1/through our websiteWhile most products process and ship within 24-hours, this type of product does ship from our 3rd party vendorThis order was scheduled to ship the week of 5/8/We sent our purchase order to our vendor so that they may process the order for blackberry plantsWe received notification on 5/2/that these plants were no longer available, we then notified the customer eight working days laterThere was a delay in alerting the customer and by our internal standards our customer would have been notified much soonerA request for a refund was placed on 5/11/the same day our customer was notified. The refund process was complete and issued 5/16/We apologize that our customer had this experience and we have taken steps to correct our internal process.
