On time and professional. However, the yearly contract calls for an electrical inspection which was not provided.

Had an amazing experience. Team was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. It was a very long day installing a new system into an older home and did a heck of a job. Would recommend to anybody.

One Hour has been the only upfront, on time a/c place! Always courteous , Always wear the little booties ( even when I say it is not needed)....Always explain things when I ask questions..and do not make me feel dumb for asking...AND....Love the comfort club plan!

We have used this company for both duct work clean up after a major soot issue and they did a wonderful job. We then ended up having to have 2 of our 3 HVAC's replaced and again they worked very long hours, in VERY hot conditions with a large team to get the job done. We are VERY pleased with this company and do not plan on using anyone else going forward.

A wonderful experience. Furnace went out on a Sunday morning. The service tech was at our door within an hour, and quickly found the trouble (faulty circuit board). Unfortunately, the part was not on hand and had to be ordered - however, the professionalism, and genuine concern Sheldon showed, was a gift from God. I highly recommend this outfit.

A short thank you to the team of One Hour Heating. They did a very good job of installing my heatin unit. Francisco was must helpful, informing me of what was taking place doing the installment. Along with his colleague [redacted], it was a delightful experience.
