Review: It has been nearly a month since using some of the points I earned responding to surveys of the Harris Poll, and I have still not received the iTunes gift cards that I traded the points for.
Besides not delivering what they offered, they have made all attempts to contact them impossible. There is such a page in their website, but it does not proceed to where any message is sent. It sure looks like they have made any attempt to contact them impossible. I have tried reaching and completing that contact entry page from several different web pages, and it does no process/complete a submitted message in any case. I have tried several times both as a logged in member and accessing the customer help page directly from a web search page (not logged in). Same thing each time. You enter information, but never get the contact page to complete the submission.Desired Settlement: I want to get the gift cards that I transacted for. I would also expect that any future attempts at cashing in rewards points for gift cards result in prompt delivery of any transacted points redemption. I believe [redacted] owes me the cards already transacted for, an apology for the nonperformance of their customer support page on their website, and a promise to fulfill any transactions promptly in the future.

I have tried to contact the business directly, but their site does not accept submissions (even though it is designed to).
