Information:
This complaint pertains to a billing dispute between the customer and the insurance carrier , [redacted] . The customer authorized the carrier to debit her checking account through electric funds transfer monthly on a pre determined date agreed to by the customer .The customer did not provide the insurance company of her cancellation in writing and with the necessary and required advance notice to stop the automatic payment authorized by the customer . As a courtesy , we contacted the carrier on her behalf. In the interest of good will ,the carrier agreed accommodate the customer and resolve this issue in the customer's favor and to her satisfaction.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
My only comment is that I did give adequate notice to cancel but they opted to try and meet the new carrier's rate but did not contact me to advice that they could not, so finally  when I called them again I told them I was switching that's when they requested the cancellation in writing.
At least they could have been honest with their respond and the facts.
