We were referred to this company and in all good faith decided to give them a tryComplete waste of time and moneyWe had to pay $for a repair and scheduled it to be done early in the morning since it is a restaurant and the technician would not be able to preform the job once the chefs started cookingThis was all clearly stated and explainedAs well as the job which had to be preformed on the roofThe technician arrived at the restaurant about an hour late and as soon as he got there he had to leave as soon because he was ill prepared and did not have a ladderHe left agreeing that he would be back to complete the job he had not even startedAfter well over an hour he returned and climbed up on the roofHe did nothing except look around and leftNothing was done I paid for a service that was not preformedI called the company many times trying to see if I can get my money back or if someone will go and complete the job or any type of response or explanation as to what

I am in the Process of opening up my Restaurant at *** *** ***I ordered a Hood for my Kitchen.On contract it says 7ft Hood
Master Fire System Company placed the wrong ft hood insteadthis is a Breach of Contract
I paid 14,and now I don't have my proper size to pass my inspection to open my storeI would just like Master Fire system to restore the correct 7ft size that is on the Contract

(1) On 11/*/2016, Master Fire was supposed to clean or change the filters in the hood system as required every three months
(2) Master Fire cleaned the filter in the sink of the restaurant, using the restaurant's own brush and cleaning suppliesThe company left a greasy, sloppy, slippery floor and sinkAdditionally, the grease that they left in the sink provoked a potential blockage.They also left a dirty slippery floor and unfinished cleaning pipe of the hoodThey disappeared with the brush from the restaurant
(3) They asked to be paid COD or they would not leave the sticker on the hoodOne week later, I received another bill for the same amount that was already paid (check nofor $299.41)!!
(4) The next day, I spoke to the manager who said she will talk to the owner and get back to me, but I have not heard anything since
We hired this company to do annual fitness sprinkler inspectionsEverything started out fine and had a nice relationship with the company but towards the end of the contract they didn't complete all of the inspections, never replied to any emails, and ran off with our keysNow we have outstanding inspections to answer to!
