I purchased a vehicle from carmaxx as well as their extended warranty. I had an engine oil leak and took my vehicle to the closest range rover dealership, which was Haron Land Rover, due to carmaxx not going to be able to get my vehicle in in a timely manner. Haron "fixed" my vehicle and I paid my deductible. Once I got home, I noticed the issue had not been resolved. I called Haron and they instructed me to bring my vehicle back, which I did. That was in October 2019, and they still have my vehicle as of January 3, 2020. The dealership stated they continue to find other things wrong with my vehicle, yet do not communicate with me what the issue is. They stated I have a great extended warranty and they are happy I have it.

I am rejecting this response because:I am thankful for the effort from Haron, however, I was only given a loaner car on 01/15/2020 from Haron. Previous to that I had a rental car (received 1/3/2020) financially provided by my extended warranty company for 11 days before Haron finally offered me a loaner after receiving formal complaints by the Revdex.com and The Bureau of Automotive Repair. Those 11 days in a rental 10 of which were financially supported by my extended warranty company, and the 11th day Haron stated they would cover the expense of the day. Again, very thankful for that. Haron still has my vehicle as of 1/17/2020 9:30 am. Haron has had my vehicle in their possession since September 24, 2019, with exception to when they had released my car October 7, only for me to return the vehicle back in due to the same issue. I called them the following day to notify and they had me bring my vehicle back the following day. This brings the total amount of days in Harons' possession to approximately 112 days. 112 days I have continued to make car payments, insurance payments, in addition to 100 days of borrowing another persons vehicle. I was told that my car would be ready today, possibly. In October I paid my $300 deductible for my vehicle that was "fixed", unfortunately it was not fixed. I also paid an additional $47.40 for uncovered parts for a total of $347.40. This amount was negotiated after the shop was attempting to charge me for engine oil cleaner, that they used to clean the oil from my engine. This matter is currently not solved, even after a pleasant conversation with ***.
Hello ms ***, I spoke with ms *** when she came in to pick up her vehicle . I explained the delays.
She seemed to be satisfied. I did wait to see if there was any other issues. I apologize that I did not respond sooner
Please consider this resolution although I was late in responding. The employees of haron motors strive to do the right thing.
