Harold's New York Deli Restaurant

Review: I went to Harold's New York Deli in Edison NJ on 5/8/2015. My bill was 50.12 once I got home my card had been charged $60.12 even though I'd only signed for $50.12. When I called this morning 5/9/2015 @ 11:30am the manager was very rude and condescending told me to take it up with my credit card company he wasn't giving me back nothing! I looked at their [redacted] page, [redacted] search and saw that this has been happening a lot to customers that visit this establishment. This really need to be looked into. They're are to ripping people off and getting away with it by changing charge receipts after customers leave. That's not right! When I asked to compare the charge slip he refused. I zeroed out the tip area before I signed. Also left a tip on the table so I was mortified at this experience.Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: All I want is the $10.00 that was stolen from me returned.

Review: purchased a sandwich for thirty three dollars I was disatisfied with it I called and was talking with a women when another person got on the phone and called me an [redacted] then I said what did you call me he said you [redacted] and he hung up I called again and asked who that was she the owner [redacted] I said this was no way to treat any consumerDesired Settlement: An apoligy would be in order if not my money back
