I am rejecting this response because: this company did not even
validate the true problem of the motorThis is the 3rd motor not the second motor that was provided by this companyThe first one was knocking the second one would not start and overheatedNow this is the third motor that again will not start I was advise by a separate mechanic that it was possible it is the timing chainNot once has my car been evaluated or inspected according to this warrantyIn fact I have an audio recording of Eddie telling me that he is not honoring the warranty because he is blaming the *** the mechanic of ruining the motorsI am attaching the recording

I spoke with the customer and explained that there was miscommunication between Management and our sales associateThe ticket was credited and money was offered back to the customer
