Harold White Tile Work

I hired this company to redo my sister's master bath, trusting that they would complete the job properly. I had to stop the work after the tub shower was tiled halfway because there was so much unevenness to say the least. I had another tile contractor assess what has been done and he gave his professional opinion.I had Harold check what his worker has done and said that it was done right except for 1-2 bullnose tiles that needs to be redone. They offered to correct it but I decided to hire another contractor because I know that Harold was not being honest and was downplaying the bigger issues after I told him the findings of the other contractor. He was very confrontational and asked me to point out what was wrong with how the tiles were installed. I made him speak to the other contractor so he could hear it from another professional. I was so thankful that I went with my intuition because the new contractor discovered several areas where the framing had gaps and holes which could have been a source of a major leak.Harold was very apologetic after I showed him the pictures of the improper framing.
