To Whom This May Concern,I'm writing you in response to a Revdex.com complaint I received.The tenant is claiming numerous claims, and I will address them all The tenant is claiming that the apartment she moved into wasn't cleaned prior to move in The tenant saw the apartment prior to
move in and let us know the deficiencies were We addressed all complaints The tenant was still dissatisfied once she let us know it was still not to her liking We called in the corporate office to evaluate the space The tenant then signed off on the apartment and moved in The tenant is also claiming issues with her water The entire complex water is worked on and maintained daily, therefore there's no smell The tenant is claiming her sinks are leaking The sinks have since then been replaced and/or worked on All complaints were addressed immediately The tenant only has carpet in one section of her apartment and there is no carpet outside of the closet she is claiming smells like animal urine On top of that, the tenants prior to her did not have any pets The tenant is also claiming her ceiling was ruined due to a leak She made a complaint right when we opened and the maintenance repair went straight to her apartment They even went as far as removing and replacing the sheet-rock to avoid mold that the tenant claims she has.At this point in time, I'm not to sure what the tenant would like us to do All of her complaints have and will continue to be addressed in a timely manner.Please contact me if you have any other questions or concerns.Thank you,***
