I explained to this customer that my rate is $per hr, the amount of work she had us do would of taken a single person hrmy people were there hrs per their GPS, I billed hrs therefore labor hrs at $rate = 375.I waived the $trip charge I added the $ of
parts Total bill was $405.00We have worked for this customer in the past , the difference is that before I only send one person, she does not seem to understand that person the fee is double.also I waived the trip fee $25As far as lowering the light, is not a mistake, is a question of taste, we can not discount for just that portion, since is part of doing the job and worth few minutes onlyI have discounted: minutes of labor, $of trip charge , and removed the mark up on the parts, I'm unable to grant further discounts My rate has not changed in the last yearsFurthermore the bill is past due, we have not received any payment, we have not allocated a late fee yet

I am rejecting this response because:
They are making no effort to understand where they would confuse people with their explanation. Again when someone tells me what their rate is I don't multiply that by every employee that is working. That doesn't make sense.
