Scam. Pay through Paypal, then get fake refund, so you pay again, then product arrives at local airport with a scam request for another $320 for "refundable insurance" for product you never receive. Further research shows the phone number is associated with two other scams: one for french bulldog puppies and the other for fake id's.

Purchased medical flowers for $155 and was led to believe that was the total price for delivery. When delivery was due I was told an additional $289 was due for insurance before delivery would be made. No where on the website does it say insurance was required. When I asked for a refund I was told only to pay Bevel Logistics $289. When I told them I was being scammed there was on response.
