The inspector was very nice and easy to talk to, professional and spoke in language easy to understand. I was able to walk with him during the inspection and get a full picture of any issues and positive items regarding the house, which I highly recommend. He is very knowledgeable and submitted a very detailed report, including pictures. I look forward to using them again on our next house.
