Review: I paid $25 to get a skirt hemmed and no changes were made to it when they gave it back to me. I was having about 5 inches removed, a very noticeable difference, and nothing was done to it other than being placed in a dry cleaning bag. When I expressed my complaint to the owner he told me that I would not receive a refund or get any additional changes made unless I paid again. He was very unwilling to help.Desired Settlement: $25
