Shutters were ordered and installed consistent with manufacturer guidelines and common industry practices for outside-mount shutters.  Customer was not made aware that a small wall "reveal" would be visible between the interior frame edge and the window opening when the panels are...

open and they are unhappy about that.  I am meeting with the customer in the next few days to discuss a resolution.
