I want to formally recognize the Harmon team of[redacted] and [redacted] for the above and beyond customer service they have provided. I had a lack of response and cooperation with a few serious issues with the leasing company. I was at my limit when [redacted] stepped in, sent out [redacted] and advised [redacted] of the horrible experience I was having with the leasing company. Thank you [redacted] and [redacted] for assisting me in resolution in the issues. I probably haven't told them how much I have appreciated all they've done, so here it is and I would like you all to know that HARMON PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased my Solar PV system through Harmon Solar at a great price and am happy to say they did a great job on the installation. They run into some issues with my Roof, but were able to resolve it without compromising my Roof and insured their would be no future issues. The system is working better than what I expected and their technicians were very knowledgeable and gave me a tutorial on the entire system and how it works. The monitoring system that came with it is superb in that it gives you a daily run down on on how much productivity you had that day and what your savings were.

Can't say enough about what a great job they did.
