Review: Harmony City, represented in this case by [redacted], offered me a product through its web page and charged for it, and what was finaly given to me was not the same as offered. Service and conditions of the building and the apartment itself asigned to me were deplorable. Its capacity was even for less people than what I requested and what [redacted] offered and charged for.I was deceived. I was lied to!Desired Settlement: I would like the company's and [redacted]' recognition of their deceitfull behaviour and I request a partial refund of what I paid, since the product did NOT MEET my expectations whatsoever.- I was offered one thing and given another!HarmoNY City should refund me 40% of the total ($1260.-) paid. This should account for the fifth person that could never fit in that apartment plus the unit's horrible conditions, (unsafe, filth, etc) and the landlord's bad treatment, among others.
