I placed an order on 12/3 for 2 (two) Flip 4 speakers (one teal; one black). I rec'd the teal speaker (12/17) and was charged the amount ($67) that was on my order form. The black speaker was still on back order when I checked the status of on 12/19 - at which time I sent an email to cancel immediately. On 12/22 I see that there was a charge of $97 to Harman International. I tried calling the 800# (Sunday hrs 9-5) and was on hold for an hour and not able to get through. First thing Monday (12/23) am I called with my 12/3 order form in front of me for two (flip4 speakers) -- Sabrina proceeded to tell me that I had ordered 3 and that the Flip5 ($97.43) was charged to my account and that the Flip5 was sent out on 12/22. She was not able to provide me with the order form she was referring to; or an email stating that I ordered the Flip5; or any indication that I okay'd sending a more expensive speaker and charging me. The Flip5 will be returned immediately for a full refund and I will NOT shop Harman International again. The shady part is that when I went to my order and hit return for refund the Flip5 magically appears in the RETURN!

I purchased speakers from your website and they did not function properly when I received them. Once we noticed the issue I contacted support to help resolve the issues. The tech gave me a few suggestions but could not give me a definitive solution. The speakers are still having the same issues and would like them to be replaced. The order # ***. I have reached out multiple times via email to have these replaced but have not received a response. Please help with this.

I’ve had my JBL Extreme for 2 years recently started to act faulty . Contacted company for assistance with my speaker which I have enjoyed no complaints till recent issues. First they ask for proof of purchase to verify ownership and warranty - they then say , they only cover 1 Year Warranty on speaker . They then offer a coupon(discount) so I can buy a new speaker cause they do not offer any type of servicing(fixing) for the speaker. Two code provided is only 20% off any Harman speaker on there website Harmanaudio.com NOT JBL.com , keep in mind they no longer offer the JBL Extreme which was priced at $200. Only JBL Extreme is version 2 which is $300 on Sale $239. But still have to pay Taxes & Shipping . After inputting in coupon code of 20% the total was $250+ which is over the “Sale” price so what is JBL Harman Really doing for a faulty product after 2 years of use?. In my experience nothing I’m better off going with another company who will most likely try and do something about the issue.
