Harlow Plumbing performed a major renovation of our master bath in 2018. Today, Feb 26, 2020, I called to ask a question about a slow drain, Wes insisted on stopping by the house. He resolved the clog in a few minutes and would not accept payment for his services. Now THAT is customer service! And two years after the fact to boot! FYI: slow drain due to hair in pipe (as suspected), nothing to do with their installation.
