Review: The Harleysville Insurance company represents an individual who caused a motor vehicle accident. The individual hit me at an intersection, admitted that it was his fault, an independent eye witness supported the statement that it was the harleysville insurance client's fault. The individual files a report that was totally different from his confession at the scene of the accident. The insurance clerk gets the eye witness testimony and completely ignores it and refuses to pay for damages caused by their client. I spoke with the insurance clerk and she misrepresented several points of testimony by the witness and I spoke with the supervisor [redacted] and he was equally dishonest and refused to accept the report of what their client said at the scene and also what the eye witness reported.Desired Settlement: Harleysville Insurance company is liable for the damages caused to me by their client. He admitted his fault at the scene of the accident. He then lied and filed a false report to his insurance company. An independent eye witness at the scene supported my report of the facts and the insurance adjuster and the supervisor ignored all of the facts and refused to settle the claim. I just want Harleysville Insurance to to fulfill their obligation to pay for auto damages as they are responsible. Given all of the headaches I've had to go through, they should also have to pay a fine to the insurance fund for bad business practice. They are dishonest and are ignoring their obligation to pay for damages.
