I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. They have committed to completing the work by 12/24/2017. Currently, they tell me the glass has been ordered and that they will contact me to schedule installatin once the glass arrives. If they keep their word, then I find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me.
