Concern that contractor took money for windows and never purchased them and is now refusing to contact me.
Ordered 16 windows on January 15, 2020 through Hardy Lake Handyman Services. Received a call 2-3 weeks later that the windows had been delivered. Received another call that they would be installed the following Monday. No show for that day. It began raining heavily the next day and for the next several weeks we had frequent rain. It was understood that there needed to be at least 2 days of clear weather for the installation. Over the last 2 weeks there has been clear weather; however, DAILY calls to this person regarding setting a time for installation have gone to voice mail with NO return calls. One ring and a shift to voice mail now implies that he has blocked my number. I have called the window manufacture (*** and spoken with the Distributor Manager who gave me two local sources that this person may have used to order the windows. Phone contact with them provided me information that they were unaware of dealing with this person/company. The behavior exhibited has now led me to highly suspect the windows were never ordered and he just took my $3900 for his own use.

Not professional. Took lots of shortcuts, destroyed blinds and electrical sockets, left job unfinished, did not acquire permit after stating they had gotten them, plumbing was not done correctly, tile is not set properly, electrical is not wired correctly, old applicances were installed, used my tile without asking, roamed freely in my house, discrimination and insults were directed around me. My house and backyard was left in a mess. The paint is already cracking and you can hear constant water running in between the walls. They will not return calls to my inspector, they haven't responded to my credit card company so legal action will be in pursuit. In research, I found out I am not the only customer this has happened to.
