Upon investigating, Ms*** order with our fulfillment partner for ***.com, we learned
that during the time frame her order was placed, there was a problem with orders using one of the payment methods failing to process properlyWe have addressed the problem, but unfortunately not before it negatively impacted our delivery timesMs*** had contacted us prior to filing her complaint with the Revdex.com and we had already expedited her order and in addition offered her a discount code for future ordersThe order has been delivered While we resolve the technical issue that caused Ms ***'s delay, we are monitoring daily orders to identify any that have the same issue arises. In addition we have countermeasures in place to minimize delay of order shipment. We hope to avoid further consumer issues
