I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have overwhelming evidence and statements from others attesting to the condition of the floor but if this resolves with a refund, I will be happy to put this behind me. I reserve the right to modify this entry or post a future entry should the payment not be received.

I HAVE READ THE COMPLAINT AND DISAGREE WITH MOST OF WHAT WAS SAID . THE CUSTOMER HAS ASKED FOR 2,000 DOLLARS REFUND , I WILL RETURN THAT TO HIM IN A CERTIFIED CASHERS CHECK . IT WILL BE SENT ON FRIDAY THE AUGUST 5TH THROUGH THE MAIL . I HOPE THIS CLOSES THIS CASE .DAVID B[redacted] HARDWOOD WIZARD
