Hardwick's, Billy All Star Lane

This business is hosting a bowling tournament in which six of us have entered. we sent our entry forms in with our payment check as required. there are six of us that sent our entry forms in for the [redacted] memorial bowling tournament. we sent our entries in with our entry money the last week of january. we have not recieved any confirmation that they recieved our entries.we are suppose to bowl this tournament in just under 8 weeks,we need to book our rooms as we live about 5 hours from this bowling center. I have called the number listed on the entry form twice and have left my name,number and the reason I was calling but no return call back. so I have since called the bowling alley 3 times and have talked to three different people who all said that they would forward my name and number to a man named [redacted] who is in charge of the tournament. I still have not recieved any information back from this tournament committee. I would appreciate any help you may be able to do to solve this matter.Desired Settlementwe want to bowl this tournament..we are just wanting to make sure they recieved out entrys and will send us a confirmation on this matter. if not then we would like our $600.00 back.Business Response Billy Hardwick's All Star Lanes was the site location for the [redacted] tournament, which has been cancelled. This tournament has no affiliation with Billy Hardwick's other than the use of our center. Billy Hardwick's did not receive any entry fees for this tournament. I have been informed by the tournament director that all entry fees have been returned. I would have responded to this sooner but I just received this complaint a few days ago. Please note that [redacted] does not work for Billy Hardwick's , he runs the pro shop located in our bowling center.The tournament director is [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXX or XXX-XXX-XXXX.[redacted].comPlease let me know if I can do anything else to help clear up this matter.
