*** *** was contacted by the plumbing company when they arrived to let us know that they had to tag the door because *** *** told him she would leave a key for him to enter the property, first of all this is not standard practice, normally if the tenant cannot be home to let the
company in she would need to contact us to give permission to check out the pass key to the plumbing company so that we could have any necessary problems taken care of so we have a trail of what is going on. if at any time the tenant changes the locks to the home they are to bring us a key so that we always have a pass key for emergency purposes. The plumbing company will and often does pick up keys for calls. In this instance I'm not sure if *** *** just forgot to leave the key for them that particular day or what, but all I know is that was what the plumbing company reported. We hate to hear that one of our tenants has an issue with us especially since we do have a great relationship with *** ***, however we do feel this is a matter that is between her and the plumbing company since we were left out of the situation to begin with. The owner of the home should not have to pay for a missed call. We hope they can some how come to an agreement on this matter V/R*** ***
