Hardtop Asphalt Sealing, Inc.

I have been a customer of Hardtop for more than 20 years. Last year I was persuaded to allow them to apply a double coat blacktop which they claimed would wear better and last longer. The coating did not even last through the winter and is now peeling in multiple places. Basically the coating has failed. I asked Hardtop to look at it and they blamed the harsh winter and did not accept any responsibility nor offer any solution other than to do it again and perhaps provide a discount to me.
Since then I have had estimates from 2 other companies and they both concluded that the coating used by Hardtop is not suitable for Wisconsin winter conditions and that they would not use that particular blacktop coating.
That sounds to me like Hardtop are using the wrong material.
I will not be using them again and I will warn anyone who is thinking of using them against doing so
