Hardship Solution

Review: I paid these people over $2000 to assist is my mortgage modification. They done absolutely nothing after getting my money. I demanded a refund and they said that was no problem. Now they have not refunded my money. They refuse to answer their phones. I have left over 50 messages for them to contact me. They will not contact me or send me my money.Desired Settlement: I would have to check my paperwork. It was a little over $2400.00

Review: I gave Hardship Solution 1995.00 to work with HSBC to lower the house payment. HSBC states they were never contacted by Hardship Solution, and Hardship Solution now refuses contact with meDesired Settlement: Hardship Solution had originally stated a full refund if solution not delivered with HSBC.
