materials that we provide our customer, ***, that when selecting the #modern track arm you will need to deduct 1/4" per arm from the overall length. This information is in our catalog, price list and our website. It is the responsibility of the dealer, ***, to pass this information on to the consumer. It appears that *** has taken responsibility and has entered a new order with us for these love seats at the customers desired length. This order was entered on 10/24/ Thank you, Carol S
