I am rejecting this response because: This company is shipping pills that are not packaged properly or safely and should do a better job of insuring who they are shipping their products to There is no way tell what they have shipped or who has had access to the contents of the bottle as there are no safety measures in place and no safety caps protecting the contents from being contaiminatedI feel something more needs to be done about this and I feel we deserve a refund This company is selling an undisclosed product to minors which I have a huge issue with

Hello, I am responding to a letter a received from he Revdex.com. It says something about a complaint. I actually am not certain what this exact incident concerns The only thing that comes to mind is receiving an email in the last few days saying their son got "Grandma" to
let the son use their debit card. I didn't think it was the responsibility of my company to monitor Grandma's decisions I have no way of validating this story so I did not refund any money.
