This business was hired to stain a concrete floorThe floor was not finished as stated in the contract nor with the color chosen by the consumerBusiness owner was contacted and stated they would return to see what could be done to make sure the customer was happyThey did return, with the correct color, applied a test patch, and said they would apply more stain within the next two business daysThey then returned on the second business day to remove the plastic covering the walls and leftHave video to show times they were here for that removal (which was or less minutes)I am now out $and have a half finished floor
