Review: I was in hardtimes on 11-26-13 as a designated driver for my best friends 21st bday, I consumed no alcohol, and during my stay a fellow patron who I didnt know grabbed me inappropiately and when I tried to confront this gentleman, the manager on duty asked me to leave. He never asked what happened or why I was upset, and the manager proceeded to address me as sweatheart and when I informed him that as a manager it is very rude and unprofessional to reffer to a women as sweatheart he informed we I was banded for his establishment.Desired Settlement: I go to hardtimes very often with my friends and family to eat, play pool and enjoyment, and I dont appriciate being banned when I did nothing wrong. I would like the permanate ban lifted, there was no reason for one to be placed on me.

I spoke to [redacted] from the business and he stated that a gentleman had accidentally popped into the consumer and the gentleman did apologize. [redacted] stated that the consumer then got disruptive, aggressive and also was intoxicated and tried to get other guys at the business to gang up on the gentleman and the consumer then started screaming at the gentleman. [redacted] stated that he then stepped in and the consumer also started screaming at him and then hit him. He then removed the consumer from the business and stated not come back and that the consumer has been banned.
