Order free samples charged $89 twice
I ordered the free samples which turned out to be $15 shipping and handling they didn't say anything else about any additional charge or monthly dues or anything like that then they charged me $89 twice to my debit card and I want to take it off I didn't order nothing extra all I wanted was the free samples
I want to $89 credits to my debit card
Their ad for men's health products said to click here for a free trial offer. I filled out the information and they said I would have to pay the postage. No where in the ad did I see the amount for a bottle was $90.00 and the trial was for two weeks. I would not have tried it if the cost was $90.00. The product was Hard Boost XL & VPump No 2. Because of having 2 elderly parents in & out the hospital and having to take care of their needs I didn't check my account right away. I'm embarrassed to say that for 5 months I wasn't aware of the monthly charges of $180.00 dollars. The charges came separately at $89.95 & $89.93. I had just changed from paper to paperless account statements. I tried calling Hard Boost but the phone number is no longer in service.I did not authorize Monthly payments for a continuous supply in charges to my credit card. I can't get in contact with them. I don't want there product to be sent to my address. And I want to be reimbursed $900.00. That's 5 monthly payments. I am a prostate cancer survivor and I was looking for help like anyone in my position but I wouldn't use their product if it does work because I don't believe in this company because of the way they do business. Out to make a dollar as quickly as possible by taking advantage of the consumer is the nature of this business that I'm still not sure of the Company Name.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Hardboost XL and Vpump No2, if you do not call to cancel and return the product.
Your trial started when you ordered the products on 03/03/2019 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.83 and $6.81. Your trial ended on 03/19/2019, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.
We have cancelled your account today (08/20/2019) and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $89.93 and $89.95 without the need to return any of our products.
Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.
Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

The radio ads are deceptive at best. I was shipped a second order which I did not authorize nor want. The product doesn't work. I have contacted them, returned the product and have not to date received my return credit. When I called they refused to give credit given the RMA but said I needed a tracking number. They also wanted to charge me a re-stocking fee on something I did not order.
Lousy people to do business with. Buyer beware.

I ordered products from this company and they did not work so I mailed the remaining pills back within the time allowed for the trial and was still charged for them

This company charged me twice for each month April & May 2019
I was refunded $89.95 & $89.93 but they still need to refund the other $89.95 and $89.93
I should not have been charged at all as I canceled before the trial period ended & refused the 2nd shipment
They still owe me almost $200!!!

I would not have completed the order if I knew the cost was $90.00 because other companies offer products for from $39.00 to $69.00. Then the ad said this is a companion product and would not let me complete the first order without getting this item for the cost of postage. On May 3, 2019 I received my credit card bill for the postage plus $180.00 more dollars. I called the credit card company and they are returning the charges and I called Hard Boost and told them I did not authorize $180.00 in charges to my credit card.

Billing Adjustment They should not advertise something for a free trial for paying the postage and then several weeks later charge my credit card $180.00 for the product. THEY SHOULD NOT ADD ANY MORE CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD IN THE FUTURE.

Your account has been cancelled on 4/25/2019. We assure you your account has been cancelled no further charges will be taken out from you account.
To help you with the charge on your account, we can issue a full refund once we can confirm a that the dispute on the charge is withdrawn. I know this is not likely ideal but we have to make sure any cases pertaining to the charge are closed in order for us to refund any charges and make sure no double refunds are processed.

I am glad they closed my account. The credit card company refunded both charges to my credit card account and I filed the paper work with them about the two unauthorized charges to my account and asked that no more charges appear on my credit card account.
I placed an online order for Hardboost XL on 2/21/19 for charge of 6.83 per the invoice which was emailed to me 2/22/19. This was charged to my Discover card. When I received my Discover statement, I saw that I had been charged 89.95.
I then called their customer support number (877-346-1597) and after much discussion was told I would be credited 70.00 to my Discover account. This is not satisfactory if I return the unopened product to them. I think they should credit the full amount of 89.95 which they charged my account.
I believe I and probably many others have been misled like this.

Offered trial of product and sent more without authorization.
I responded to this free trial which stated I would only pay for shipping costs. There was no visible disclosure about signing up for a membership. They don't even have my email address to access an account on their website. Now I have received a shipment of product I didn't authorize and the have billed by credit card for $170. I will call them tomorrow and try to get this resolved.
I want to return the product and get my money back.
