I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
Mr*** is correct in that I failed to read their
policy regarding method of payment. It
was brought to my attention after I made my online reservation with a credit card
that the credit card was being used to hold the reservation and that a check
would be expected to keep the reservation.
However, if I chose to use my credit card a 3% service charge would be
added. If they are going to charge more
to use a credit card, they should consider offering a discount for paying by
check or cash
The bottom line is that I would not do business with any
establishment that is charging me a 3% service charge for using a credit
card. It is bad business, period
