I lived at Harbour Cay for years at apartment Cand moved out before our end lease date of 02/01/We received a letter in the mail determining the amount of the returned security deposit that we were to receiveAs of 7/12/18, I have not received the fundsI have called twice and was told Jess was the one to speak to and I would receive a call backI have notThey are aware that the money is owed and have made no further attempt to contact me or call me backAt this current moment, they are not compliant with the Florida Law in regards to Wrongful Witholding of a Security Deposit
