We run a restaurant open days a week Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday I start having issues with the POS system connecting to the network (Cloud based owned by [redacted] I am told by HT) I end up having a line of people out the door and cant process any transactions This has become a weekly occurrenceI end up having customers walk out I have called tech support on multiple occasions and I am always told to reset the system and do all kinds of other thingsThey have told me it is an issue with the cloud operated and owned my [redacted] and I can take it up with themI explain I am not in a contract with [redacted] but instead with Harbor TouchIt is their responsibility to make this system workThey are very unprofessional and I tried explaining to them that I am interested in terminating my contract because they are not living up to their end of the contractThey then want to charge me $because of early cancellationsI have left messages with supervisors (so I am told)
The Harbortouch sales person characterized themselves as working for Visa/Mastercard and were looking to refund money over billed to me by my existing terminal provider, based on new VS/MC ratesOnly when I received a bill from my previous provider was it evident that the service had changedWhen I contacted them about this they said I have to pay an early termination fee to stop the serviceThe paperwork was done over email, and most of the contract is illegible, so much so that I had to have the salesperson read it back to meHe did not however reference the early termination fee and three year contractI have not seen any refunds from VS/MC

Harbortouch is a DECEPTIVE company that will literally STEAL your money I worked with them for about years and didnt even realize that they were stealing from me until it was too late They have defrauded me I brought this to their attention and they REFUSED TO EVEN ENTERTAIN the dispute Harbortouch has defrauded and deceived me and took money that is mine I would SERIOUSLY reconsider ever doing business with them in the future BEWARE HARBORTOUCH IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND SHOULD NOT BE WORKED WITH AT ALL
I signed up with a day trial in April and cancelled in the first weekEvery month since I have called and cancelled and I am still being charged over $a monthEvery time I call they say my account is cancelled and they assur me it's cancelled and will be refundedTo this day January I am still being charged and they still tell me it's cancelled and will refund within a weekAs of today they owe me over $and tell me it will be refunded and still has not happenedThen once again they just withdrew more money from my bank, I am at a loss
