11/11/2016To whom it may concern[redacted] came into our dealership on 9/2/and purchased the CMC AcadiaThe bank that gave the approval, after receiving the paperwork and stipulations, denied the paperworkMs [redacted] was informed that when this happens, the paperwork Is held by the dealership and that instead of owing the bank, she owed usAfter being informed, Ms [redacted] never paid Harborcreek Resales her car payments and was avoiding the dealershipShe skipped her service appointments and when she came in, the employee that was talking to her went to go ask the manager how much she owedAs soon as he left her, she got in the car and took offWe reached out to her multiple times and got no response back from herWithout making any payments for the vehicle, Harborcreek Resales exercised our right to repossess the vehicleSince she defaulted on the loan by not paying for almost three months, she does not receive her downpayment backWe are also not charging her for the mileage and the wear and tear for the three monthsIf you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to call Josh W [redacted] at ###-###-####!With regards,Joshua W***Partner/Owner/GM

My experience at Harborcreek Resales was great. All the employees were friendly and my salesman Rodney V[redacted] was awesome. This would be my 3rd time purchasing a car and I can honestly say this was the best experience so far. I didn't think I would be getting a car that day given my credit situation but at Harborcreek Resales they made it possible. I now have a safe and reliable car in great condition. I can commute back and forth from dropping my two little ones off at daycare and going to work. This has made my life so much easier. Also they make the process of buying a car so quick it was almost unbelievable.
